I came to Insight after working in public education for over 20 years, where I served as an administrator and teacher. My most recent role was the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning and Technology in Northern Illinois. In my career as an educator, I have served in the role of a principal, assistant principal, and elementary school teacher. In 2010, I was named the first-ever Principal of the Year for the Hanover Township in Illinois in recognition of my leadership and dedication to the school’s success. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am a doctoral candidate, focusing on educational leadership and administration, and hold both a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and teaching. I strive to give all students the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to go on to college and succeed in a career.
Favorite thing about working with Insight
I love working at Insight because we are partners with the school systems we serve! We aren't here to take over - we want to be an extension of the HR Office to support kids!
In my spare time, I raise and show American Quarter Horses.
