Who Are We?
Insight is an education-focused staffing organization that provides high-quality professionals to our partner districts. Starting in September, Insight will provide and manage the district’s Substitute Program for the 2018-2019 school year. We are proud to partner with such an excellent district as we continue on our mission to provide the safest and most productive environment for the students and the Upper Dublin school District by providing highly qualified and passionate educational professionals. Wednesday, May 16th from 4:30-6:30 PM in the Media Center
Members from the Insight Team will be on-hand to answer questions and obtain paperwork for the onboarding process. To save time, please start the application process at www.workwithinsight.com/apply prior to the meeting.
Members from the Insight team will also be available to guide you through the transition process from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM on the following dates and locations:
Tuesday, May 22nd at Maple Glen Elementary (PTO Office or Conference Room TBD)
Wednesday, May 23rd at Fort Washington Elementary School (Conference Room)
Thursday, May 24th at Sandy Run Middle School (Conference Room)
Tuesday, May 29th at Upper Dublin High School (Conference Room)
Wednesday, May 30th at Thomas Fitzwater Elementary School (Conference Room)
Thursday, May 31st at Jarrettown Elementary School (Main Office)
*Note: You are not required to stay for the entire time frame listed above. These are the times that Insight will have staff present to answer questions/concerns and to obtain any required paperwork for onboarding.
What Should You Bring to the Onboarding Sessions?
When you come to one of the information sessions, please be sure to bring the following documents with you in order to ensure a smooth onboarding process:
- Two (2) acceptable forms of identification to satisfy the Federal I-9
- Most common: Driver’s License and Social Security Card or Passport

- Any documents you are unable to upload to your application, for example:
- State Police Clearance
- Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Tuberculosis Results
- Arrest/Conviction Report
- ACT 168 (Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure)
- Proof of Education
- Emergency Permit or Teacher Certification
- ACT 126 (Mandated Child Abuse Reporting)
