Who Are We?
Insight is an education-focused staffing organization that provides high-quality professionals to our partner districts. Starting in June, Insight will provide and manage the district’s Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals for the 2018-2019 school year. We are proud to partner with such an excellent district as we continue on our mission to provide the safest and most productive environment for the students and Gloucester City Public Schools by providing highly qualified and passionate educational professionals. Members of the Insight Team will be on-hand to answer questions and obtain paperwork for the onboarding process. To save time, please start the application process at www.workwithinsight.com/apply prior to the meeting.
*Note: You are not required to stay for the entire time frame listed above. These are the times that Insight will have staff present to answer questions/concerns and to obtain any required paperwork for onboarding.
What Should You Bring to the Onboarding Sessions?
When you come to one of the information sessions, please be sure to bring the following documents with you in order to ensure a smooth onboarding process:
- Two (2) acceptable forms of identification to satisfy the Federal I-9
- Most common: Driver’s License and Social Security Card or Passport

- Any documents you are unable to upload to your application, for example:
- Tuberculosis Results
- Proof of Education
- Criminal History Review
- Substitute or Teacher Certification
